By registering to receive and use Inside TV International (www.insidetv.info) products and services, you are agreeing to the following terms. Each time you use the website and the online and offline services you are offering to contract with us on the basis of these terms and conditions. When placing an order through our web site or requesting our staff to place an order for you this constitutes agreement to our terms and conditions. All access to our site is subject to these terms and conditions and no other terms and conditions will apply to our supply of goods or services. You agree to pay any subscription fees at the rates in effect when the charges are incurred. If you are authorized to use Inside TV International through any corporate arrangement made with us, any payment terms below will not apply to you, but all other terms and condition will.   All Inside TV International content belongs to Inside TV International (a product from Pacinfo Vision BVBA). Inside TV International owns all intellectual property rights (including copyright and database rights). Users can print a single copy of individual articles on paper (but not photocopy them). You may not use Inside TV International services for any unlawful purpose. Except as expressly set out above (print copy), you may not copy, reproduce, publish, broadcast, transmit, modify, adapt, create derivative works of, store, archive, mail, publicly display or in any way commercially exploit any of the Inside TV International content (including the digital magazine). Without limitation, in particular you may not do any of the following without prior written permission from Inside TV International (and neither may you allow a third party to do any of the same) reproduce or store in or transmit to any other web site, newsgroup, mailing list, person, electronic bulletin board, database, server or other storage device connected to a network or regularly or systematically store in electronic or print form, all or any part of the Inside TV International content; modify, publish, transmit, participate in the transfer or sale of, reproduce, create derivative works from, distribute, perform, display, or in any way exploit all or any part of the Inside TV International content (including use as part of any library, archive or similar service). Certain services and areas of the Inside TV International website are extra paid for and do not belong to the standard of special subscription.  When ordering such extra service or product you warrant that you are entitled to purchase the service or product. In the case of an unauthorized order Inside TV International reserves the right to suspend or terminate your order. Inside TV International makes certain services available to subscribers. Subscribers can register to receive a (or more) e-mail newsletters, participate in the online community (blogs, …) or discussions with other users, post comments, read and/or print articles or perform a search on the website. Users of the online community services are solely responsible for the information and other content they post on and through these services and should be aware that when they disclose personal information such information is generally accessible to and may be collected and used by other subscribers, and may result in unsolicited online and offline messages from such users. Subscribers are therefore encouraged to exercise discretion when providing personal information about themselves in and through the community. Any information or material that is submitted by a subscriber or send to Inside TV International or otherwise made available on or through the Inside TV International online community will be deemed not to be confidential or secret. By submitting or otherwise making it available on the online platform you agree and acknowledge that it will not be treated as confidential or proprietary; and you represent and warrant that it is original to you and that no other party has any rights to the material or information; and that is does not contain any content that is unlawful, threatening, harassing, vulgar, obscene, deceptive, fraudulent, hateful or invasive of another’s privacy; and does not contain a virus or another harmful component; and does not contain –unless the specific service allows- any advertising of any kind, or false or misleading information or indications of origin or statements of fact. You also grant Inside TV International the royalty-free, unrestricted, worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive and fully sub-licensable right and license to use, reproduce, modify, edit, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, perform and display your information in whole or part worldwide and/or to incorporate it in other works in any form, media or technology now known or later developed. You also warrant that any moral rights in the information have been waived. Inside TV International reserves the right to refuse to post or to remove any information or materials, in whole or in part, that –in our sole discretion- are unacceptable, undesirable, inappropriate or in violation of these Terms and Conditions. Inside TV International is only accessible to subscribers. You are solely responsible for the confidentiality and use of and access to these areas using your user name and password. Each license (login and password) is for a single user only.  You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password, and are fully responsible for all activities that occur through your website account. You may not share your user name and password with any other person. Inside TV International does not permit access through a single name and password being made available to multiple users on a network. Inside TV International may cancel or suspend your access to www.insidetv.info and may stop the mailing services of Inside TV International if you do this without further obligation to you. Inside TV International reserves the right to monitor and record activity on www.insidetv.info, including access to subscriber and content. You agree to immediately notify us if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your password or website account or any other breach of security, and ensure that you exit from your website account at the end of each session. We cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these requirements. Subscribers acknowledge and agree that Inside TV International has no responsibility for the accuracy or availability of information or services provided. Links to linked websites or content are provided as a convenience to the subscriber, an do not constitute an endorsement by or association with Inside TV International of such sites/content or the content, products, advertising or other materials presented on such sites. Inside TV International does not author, edit or monitor these linked sites/content. Subscribers acknowledge and agree that Inside TV International is not responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any content or services on its website or linked websites. Inside TV International uses reasonable endeavors to ensure that the website does not contain or promulgate any viruses or other malicious code. However, it is recommended that you should virus check all materials downloaded from the website and regularly check for the presence of viruses and other malicious code. We exclude to the fullest extent permitted by applicable laws all liability in connection with any damage or loss caused by computer viruses or other malicious code originating or contracted from the online community. Inside TV International reserves the right, for any reason and in Inside TV International’s sole discretion, to terminate, change, suspend or discontinue any aspect of the online community, including –but not limited to- content, features or hours of availability. These terms, together with our privacy policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us in relation to your use of our website and services, and supersede all previous agreements in respect of your use of this website. Inside TV International reserves the right to suspend or terminate your subscription to the services and/or products if you breach the terms and conditions, with or without notice and without further obligation to you. Paid for subscriptions can be cancelled by emailing a request to getit@insidetv.info. No refunds will be given by an early termination of the subscription. Subscriptions will be automatically renewed except for cancellation by one of the parties at least one month before the expiry date of the subscription. Invoices are payable within 30 days, payment in Euros. A 3 percent additional charge per month will be assessed on uncollected invoices. All bank transfer fees must be paid by the subscriber. These terms may be revised from time-to-time. Please check this page regularly (at least by renewal of your subscription) to ensure you are familiar with the current version. The revision will however become effective immediately upon the posting of the varied Terms and Conditions on the website. By continuing to use the website you will be deemed to accept such variations. These terms of use will be governed by and construed in accordance with Belgian law, and any disputes relating to these terms of use shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Belgium (Mechelen).

PRIVACY POLICY

On certain parts of the online community Inside TV International may require you to register and provide certain information about yourself and where you do this, you agree to provide true accurate, current and complete information about yourself as prompted by the relevant registration form; and maintain and promptly update the information to keep it true, accurate, current and complete. Pacinfo Vision BVBA (Pacinfo) is the “data controller” of all personal information that is collected and used about Inside TV International customers. Pacinfo is registered in Belgium with registered offices at Leuvensesteenweg 542, 2812 Muizen, Belgium. Personal data means any information relating to you which allows us to identify you, such as your name and contact details. We may collect personal data from you when you email us, use our website or from your (company’s) website or by participating in a survey, or when you contact us. Specifically, we may collect the following categories of information: Name, e-mail address, telephone number and your (company’s) address; your history as client with us (earlier subscriptions); Information about your use of our website; the communications you exchange with us or direct to us via letters, emails, chat, calls and social media. This enables you to ask us to delete or remove personal information where there is no good reason for us continuing to process it. You also have the right to ask us to delete or remove your personal information where you have exercised your right to object to processing; Request the restriction of processing of your personal information. However, we may charge a reasonable fee if your request for access is clearly unfounded or excessive. Alternatively, we may refuse to comply with the request in such circumstances. We may need to request specific information from you to help us confirm your identity and ensure your right to access the information (or to exercise any of your other rights). This is another appropriate security measure to ensure that personal information is not disclosed to any person who has no right to receive it. Our Privacy Policy may change from time to time and any changes to the statement will be communicated to you by way of an e-mail or a notice on our website.
